Job summary

Methodist Celina Medical Center in Celina, TX seeks a Mammography Technologist to perform quality breast imaging and assist Radiologists in procedures. You will work within a multidisciplinary team across ultrasound, CT, interventional radiology, and nuclear medicine to support early breast cancer detection.

Requirements include MQSA-compliant radiologic technologist training, ARRT(M) or ARMRIT, Texas certification, BLS, and a minimum of 1 year experience; ARRT(M) licensure may be required

Qualifications

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• ARRT(R) or ARMRIT certification required.
• Texas Department of State Health certification required.
• Minimum 1 year work experience required.

Work Shift :Job Description :Your Job:In this highly technical allied imaging professional position, you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide the very best imaging services, which include ultrasound, CT scan, PET scan, interventional radiology, digital mammography, and nuclear medicine. The primary purpose of the Mammography Technologist position is to perform quality mammography procedures and assist Radiologist in special procedures for the purpose and early detection of breast abnormalities.

Your Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program and meets the MQSA guidelines
• Current Basic Life Support certification
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists« certification — ARRT (M) or ARMRIT
• Texas Department of State Health certification
• Work Experience: 1 year required
• ARRT (R); employee will be required to obtain ARRT (M) license within 1 year of completing orientation.
