Job summary

Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a part-time imaging technologist specializing in magnetic resonance imaging to support pediatric patients. • Act as a patient advocate and respond to requests from patients, families, and staff.

• Conduct MRI examinations and coordinate with the Radiology team to ensure high-quality imaging.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct procedures/examinations following protocol/guidelines as directed. May obtain, review, bring together, and/or facilitate the exchange of patient information.Serve as a Resource - Demonstrate competence in specific knowledge, skills and behaviors. Effectively communicate with team members and contribute to their growth by sharing knowledge, experience, and skills; stay abreast of changes in key systems.Leadership - Build positive relationships with colleagues. Provide constructive feedback to staff. Assist others in acquiring department specific knowledge, skills, and abilities.To function as an imaging technologist in the field of magnetic resonance imaging. To facilitate and coordinate patient care delivery and effective communication within the medical center, dedicated to the care of the pediatric population and those with childhood conditions, through high quality diagnostic procedures. Work closely with team members of the Radiology Department and other collaborating departments throughout the hospital and outpatient sites.
