Job summary

Virtua Health is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform MRI procedures in accordance with approved techniques and standards. You will operate MRI equipment safely, adhering to established safety guidelines and hospital policies.

Responsibilities include high-quality imaging, patient assessment, and adherence to contrast administration procedures, with a day shift and 12-hour formats. Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program and CPR certification required.

Qualifications

• Previous MRI experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• MRI board certification preferred.
• ARRT/ARMRIT or CAMRT eligible for certain roles.

Responsibilities

• Consistently performs high quality MRI studies according to protocols established by the Radiologists.
• Films all MRI exams utilizing proper window and level.
• Follows protocol for room set-up and patient assessment.
• Demonstrates competence to perform venipulation and follows protocols for administering contrast medium.
