Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to perform imaging procedures across brain, body, and extremities while ensuring patient safety and comfort. You will prepare and position patients, explain procedures, administer IV contrast, and enter data into imaging systems.

You will also perform quality control, report malfunctions, and work with radiologists and staff to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Requires ARRT, NMTCB, or ARMRIT certification; new grads must obtain registries prior to employment.
• Graduate degree in Radiologic Technology or related field is essential; Bachelor's preferred.
• Knowledge of MRI safety protocols, imaging procedures, and equipment maintenance required.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures following radiologist-set protocols.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, explaining procedures thoroughly.
• Administer IV contrast and manage patient data entry.
• Conduct equipment quality control and report issues.
• Support supply management and act as a radiology liaison.
• Handle non-controlled medications for imaging exams.
