Job summary

Tyvan LLC is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform MRI procedures and ensure high-quality imaging. You will prepare patients, explain the process, and administer contrast when needed, while maintaining accurate EMR data and safety standards.

Requirements include ARRT certification, BLS, a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year of hospital experience. This is a full-time position in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• ARRT certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Minimum of one year of related hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures with high-quality imaging results.
• Prepare patients and explain procedures; address questions.
• Administer contrast materials when necessary.
• Position patients correctly in the MRI scanner.
• Select imaging techniques based on patient needs.
• Enter and monitor patient data in the EMR system.
• Maintain competency and safe equipment use.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and audits.
