Job summary

Tyvan LLC is seeking an MRI Technologist (PT) to support 24/7 coverage, filling gaps for FT positions and covering in absences. The role focuses on delivering high-quality MRI imaging and patient care.

The successful candidate will prepare patients, perform scans, ensure accurate imaging, and enter data in the EMR while adhering to safety and hospital policies. ARRT certification and BLS are required, with at least one year in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• ARRT certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of one year of hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures with high-quality imaging.
• Prepare patients for MRI by explaining the procedure, administering contrast when necessary, and positioning patients.
• Enter and monitor patient data in the EMR system.
• Maintain required competencies and safe equipment use.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and related documentation.
