Job summary

Tyvan LLC is seeking an MRI Technologist (Full-time) to provide exceptional care to patients undergoing MRI scans. You will prepare patients and equipment, perform scans, and ensure high-quality imaging results.

The role requires ARRT certification, BLS certification, and at least one year of hospital experience. High school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Minimum of one year of related hospital experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures on patients with high-quality imaging.
• Prepare patients and equipment for MRI procedures.
• Explain procedures and address patient questions or concerns.
• Administer contrast materials when necessary.
• Position patients correctly in the MRI scanner.
• Select appropriate imaging techniques based on patient needs.
• Enter and monitor patient data in the EMR system.
• Maintain competencies and safe equipment use.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and documentation.
