Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking an MRI Technologist for St. Mary's Hospital in Richmond, VA. This PRN role supports daily modality operations, collaborates with radiologists, and contributes to training and onboarding of new staff and students.

The ideal candidate has ARRT MRI registration or ARMRIT, BLS, and 1 year MRI experience; state licensure is preferred. The role requires patient safety focus and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• ARRT MRI registry or ARMRIT certification required; state licensure preferred.
• BLS certification required at hire in some locations.
• Minimum 1 year MRI department experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operates the MRI system and related equipment per protocol.
• Ensures patient safety and comfort during MRI procedures.
• Assists in training and onboarding of new staff and students.
• Maintains quality control and works with radiologists and other staff.
