Job summary

Associates in Medical Imaging, LLC is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform high-quality MRI examinations while delivering safe, compassionate, patient-centered care in a busy imaging department. The role requires an associate degree or higher in radiologic technology, ARRT MRI certification, and a minimum of three years of MRI experience.

Full-time or part-time hours with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in radiologic technology or related allied health program.
• ARRT MRI credential and registration; MRI credential preferred or required by policy.
• Minimum of three years of MRI experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification if required by site policy.
• Knowledge of federal, state, accreditation, and organizational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient information, orders, consents, and MRI safety screening.
• Prepare, position, monitor, and educate patients during examinations.
• Operate MRI equipment and follow protocols to produce diagnostic-quality images.
• Review and transmit images, maintain records, and perform quality-control checks.
• Follow safety, privacy, infection-prevention, and professional standards.
