Job summary

Vetted Solutions seeks an MRI Technologist to perform high-quality magnetic resonance imaging for diagnostic, therapeutic, or research purposes. You will independently conduct MRI procedures, prepare medications per policy, and analyze data under licensed practitioners’ requests.

In this clinical role, you will ensure patient safety, adhere to ALARA principles, and support education for students and healthcare staff while contributing to interventional MRI procedures and quality improvement

Qualifications

• ARRT (R or MR), ARMRIT, or NMTCB certification required on hire.
• Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prep patients, document procedures and maintain confidentiality.
• Follow ALARA principles to optimize imaging quality and patient safety.
• Prepare and administer medications per policies.
• Evaluate image quality, positioning, and data transfer.
• Educate students and healthcare providers in imaging procedures.
• Assist with MRI interventional procedures and perform scans.
• Select pulse sequences according to protocols and data needs.
• Contribute to quality improvement and routine/complex duties.
