Qualifications

• Current MRI license or ARRT certification and BLS certification required.
• MRI registry eligibility must be achieved within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment, selecting appropriate technical settings to accurately visualize anatomy.
• Assess patients’ physical and emotional needs, develop care plans, and explain procedures clearly.
• Create a supportive environment for patients and families, responding to individual needs.
• Evaluate exam requisitions, review patient data, and determine procedure appropriateness based on diagnosis.
