Adventist Health Bakersfield is seeking an MRI Technologist to operate MRI equipment for diagnostic imaging under radiologist guidance. You will calibrate and perform procedures, process images, and coordinate with patient services to ensure quality care.

The role requires MRI education/certifications, ARRT/ARMRIT licensing where applicable, and BLS. Venipuncture certification is required in CA for contrast material administration. Per Diem schedule with day shifts in Bakersfield, CA.

Formación

• Certificate or diploma from MRI school or Associate's degree in Radiology.
• Bachelor's Degree in radiologic technology or equivalent (preferred).
• ARRT-R / ARRT-MR / ARMRIT certifications required/preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Venipuncture certification required in CA when administering contrast materials.

Responsabilidades

• Scans patients and performs MRI procedures under physician direction.
• Prepares, administers and monitors contrast media; ensures safety and adherence to protocols.
• Obtains patient information and coordinates with care teams; ensures accurate documentation.

Educación

MRI certificate or diploma / Associate's degree in Radiology

Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology (preferred)

ARRT-R / ARRT-MR / ARMRIT certification

BLS certification

Venipuncture certification
