Job summary

Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System is seeking an MR Technologist to perform a variety of MR procedures on pediatric and adult patients. In this role, you'll work under the supervision of a radiologist, performing procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

The ideal candidate will possess an Amer Registry Radiologic Tech certification and be able to complete an advanced level MRI certification within one year. Join us to support our mission of advancing medical care and education.

Qualifications

• Amer Registry Radiologic Tech certification is required.
• Advanced level certification in MRI within 1 year of hire.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient history and explain procedures.
• Perform checks for prescription and patient identification.
• Conduct all MR procedures according to imaging protocols.
• Review images and prepare documentation for interpretation.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
