Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking an MRI Technologist at Harbour View Medical Center to perform MRI procedures in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will work under radiologists and assist in onboarding new staff, while maintaining safety protocols and high quality imaging.

Responsibilities include operating MRI systems, selecting appropriate sequences, ensuring patient comfort, and participating in QC and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in MRI patient care and safety.
• ARRT MRI certification or ARMRIT registration required/preferred.
• BLS certification required at hire for some locations.

Responsibilities

• Operates MRI equipment and protocols to produce diagnostic images.
• Ensures patient safety and comfort during MRI procedures.
• Instructs and mentors students and new staff.
• Performs quality control and maintains equipment.
• Collaborates with radiologists and other staff to optimize imaging results.
