Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
• ARRT MRI Registry or ARMRIT certification.
• State Licensure preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required or as per location policy.

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI examinations following established protocols.
• Operates MRI equipment and accessories to obtain optimal images.
• Ensures patient safety and comfort; screens for metal and contraindications.
• Educates students and orients new staff.
• Participates in quality improvement and audits.
• Maintains documentation and quality control of equipment.
