Job summary

Texas Health Dallas is seeking an MRI Technologist for weekend night coverage (Fri & Sat, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM) to support ED, inpatient, outpatient and surgery needs. Requires ARRT MR or ARMRIT credentials, BCLS, and at least 1 year of medical imaging experience; MRI experience preferred.

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program or an associate degree is expected. Siemens 1.5T/3T scanners, hospital experience preferred, with strong teamwork in a Level I Trauma Center.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• 1 year hospital or medical imaging experience required.
• MRI experience preferred; ARRT MR or ARMRIT credentials required or to be obtained on hire.
• BCLS certification required prior to independent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment and ensure imaging quality.
• Provide patient care and venipuncture as needed.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols.

Part Time, Friday and Saturday nights (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) including on-call and holiday requirements

• Other – Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology upon hire required OR
