Job summary

Shared Medical Services in Kansas seeks an MRI Technologist to join our part-time team. Work with a state-of-the-art mobile scanner, serving local communities as part of an employee-owned company.

You will perform MRI procedures, review patient screening, and ensure patient care, safety, and confidentiality while maintaining professional standards.

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) or ARMRIT registration required.
• ARRT (MR) registration preferred.
• Ability to produce quality special imaging with limited supervision and interact professionally.
• Pre-employment background check, urine drug screen, and physical required.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging procedures in accordance with standards of practice, including administering contrast under Radiologist guidance.
• Review patient screening forms and clearly explain the procedure to patients.
• Maintain excellent patient care, comfort, safety and confidentiality, and keep up with ongoing education.
