Job summary

Shared Medical Services is seeking an MRI Technologist to join our team for a part-time role on a mobile scanner, serving local communities with stability and growth. You’ll perform MRI imaging, manage patient screening, and uphold safety and confidentiality when working across multiple sites.

The position requires ARRT certification (R) with MR preferred, and a commitment to continuing education. We offer guaranteed hours, competitive pay, ESOP ownership, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) registration required.
• ARRT (MR) registration preferred.
• Ability to produce quality MRI imaging with limited supervision.
• Pass pre-employment background check, urine drug screen, and physical.

Responsibilities

• You will competently perform MRI imaging procedures according to standards, including administering contrast under Radiologist guidance.
• Review and complete patient screening forms and explain the procedure to the patient.
• Maintain patient care, safety, confidentiality and continue education to keep skills up to date.
