Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking an MRI technologist to perform interventional and surgical MRI procedures using Siemens systems, preparing patients and equipment, and providing imaging support across the OR.

The role requires independent work across multiple settings, including portable exams. No on-call requirements; schedule is day shifts three days per week, with 12-hour shifts. Training starts on day shift for about three months before rotating.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related imaging field.
• RT(R)/MR certification (ARMRIT/ARRT) preferred.
• MRI and OR experience preferred; licenses may be required or preferred.

Role Overview

This position involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily MRI, in a surgical and interventional environment using Siemens MRI machines. The technologist prepares patients and equipment, conducts studies independently, and supports various OR cases with advanced imaging support.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate degree or higher in a related field.
• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) and/or MR; ARMRIT or ARRT certification preferred.
• Experience in MRI and/or operating room environments is preferred; MRI technologists are encouraged to apply.
• Licenses such as IEMA (Illinois), RT, CT, MR, and others are required or preferred.
