Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our Radiology Imaging practice in Phoenix/Scottsdale. You will produce high‑quality MRI images that meet Mayo Clinic standards and work with advanced technology in a patient‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) or Nuclear Medicine (N).
• Arizona certification in Radiography (CRT) or Nuclear Medicine (CNMT).
• ARRT (MR) required within 18 months of hire.
• Basic Life Support Certification is required upon hire and must be valid for 90 days or greater from start date.
• Graduation from an ARRT‑certified Health Science Program.
• One year technologist experience in Radiography, MRI or Nuclear Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality MRI images meeting Mayo Clinic radiology standards.
• Operate advanced MRI scanners and contribute to ongoing imaging innovation.
• Collaborate with radiology team across Phoenix/Scottsdale campuses to manage patient flow.

Additional Qualifications

• Knowledge of the principles of growth and development of the life span, cross-sectional anatomy and completion of MRI‑related courses preferred.
• The ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and appropriately interpret information relative to the patient's age‑specific needs. Technical competence with general radiographic equipment and procedures.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment, making decisions and directing work and patient flow to maximize operational efficiency. Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service.

Schedules available: 1) Mon‑Fri evening shift. 5/8's. Start between 1:30–2:30p, end between 10–11p 2) 2/10's, weekends (Sat & Sun)

Weekend Schedule

1 holiday shift each year and minimal on‑call overnights and weekends. Must be able to work at both Phoenix and Scottsdale campuses.
