Job summary

South Texas Radiology Imaging Centers is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic MRI procedures and ensure high-quality imaging. You will operate MRI systems, manage RIS scheduling and patient tracking, and contribute to safety and quality control across the MRI area.

The ideal candidate holds MR certification (ARRT MR or ARMRIT) and CPR, with outpatient MRI experience preferred. Join a team committed to exceptional patient care and continuous professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in diagnostic MRI procedures and imaging quality control.
• Out-patient MRI experience is desirable.
• Current CPR certification or during orientation period.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic MRI procedures with optimal image quality.
• Operate MRI equipment and monitor patient safety and comfort.
• Utilize RIS for scheduling, patient tracking and exam completion.
• Assist with other MRI equipment as needed and maintain records.
• Adhere to safety policies and report unsafe conditions.
• Support STRIC's mission and uphold professional conduct.
