Job summary

South Texas Radiology Imaging Centers seeks an MRI Technologist - OIC to perform diagnostic MRI procedures and ensure quality control in the MRI area. You will use the RIS to schedule exams, track patients, and complete exams accurately.

The role requires ARRT MR or ARMRIT certification within 6 months of hire, CPR certification, and outpatient MRI experience preferred. This position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification within 6 months of hire.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain during orientation.
• Experience in outpatient MRI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic MRI procedures and maintain quality in the MRI area.
• Use the RIS to schedule exams, track patients, and complete exams accurately.
• Operate and monitor MRI equipment and related devices.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and the ability to assess situations and choose appropriate actions.
• Provide care to pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
