Job summary

The Recruiting Hive in Syracuse, NY is seeking an MRI Technologist to join our outpatient imaging team. You will perform MRI procedures, ensure patient comfort and safety, and collaborate with radiologists and staff to deliver high-quality diagnostic images in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology or related imaging program
• Current ARRT certification
• MRI certification required or eligibility to obtain, based on role requirements
• Active licensure as required
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross

Responsibilities

• MRI Imaging & Patient Care: Perform high-quality MRI procedures in accordance with physician orders and department protocols; Prepare and position patients for MRI exams while ensuring comfort, safety, and clear communication throughout the procedure; Review and verify imaging requests for accuracy and completeness; Produce diagnostic-quality images while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail; Monitor patients during procedures and respond appropriately to patient needs

Education
