Job summary

United Future in Syracuse, NY is seeking an MRI Technologist to join our outpatient imaging team. This full-time role performs MRI procedures, supports safe patient flow, and helps maintain high-quality imaging standards in a fast-paced setting. New graduates are welcome to apply.

You will work Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with multiple MRI scanners, and will engage with PACS, RIS, and EMR systems to ensure efficient workflow. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have ARRT certification and MRI credentialing as required.
• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or related program.
• Active licensure as required and BLS certification.
• Experience with PACS, RIS, and EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures following physician orders and protocols.
• Position patients for MRI exams ensuring comfort and safety.
• Review imaging requests for accuracy and completeness.
• Produce diagnostic-quality images with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Monitor patients during procedures and respond to needs.
