Job summary

HCA Healthcare in San Antonio is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic MRI procedures and ensure high-quality imaging in a busy outpatient setting.

The role requires strong MRI knowledge, proper RIS use, and safe handling of MRI equipment. You will work with pediatric through geriatric patients, maintaining strict safety standards and contributing to patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Radiology School.
• Previous outpatient MRI experience desirable.
• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of MRI procedures, positioning, prep and technical factors.
• Operates RIS for scheduling, patient tracking and exam completion.
• Maintains safety and uses monitoring and related MRI equipment correctly.
• Shows enthusiasm and ability to assess situations and choose appropriate actions.
• Provides care to pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
