Job summary

South Texas Radiology Imaging Centers is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic MRI exams and ensure quality control in the MRI area. You will work with pediatric to geriatric patients and use RIS for scheduling and tracking exams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an out-patient MRI role desirable.
• ARRT(MR) certification or ARMRIT certification preferred within 6 months of hire.
• Current CPR certification or obtain during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures with imaging equipment and ensure quality control in the MRI area.
• Operate RIS for scheduling, patient tracking, film tracking, and exam completion.
• Handle MR equipment and related devices; ensure safety and correct operation.
