Job summary

Shields Health Care Group in Massachusetts is seeking an MRI Technologist to support high-quality diagnostic imaging. You will ensure patient safety, explain procedures, position patients, administer contrast, and operate MRI equipment in a fast-paced setting. Requirements include MRI scanning experience, ARRT/CPR certifications (ARMRIT accepted in some locations).

You may be required to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday 7pm–7am.

Qualifications

• MRI scanning experience is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and protocols to ensure patient safety at all times.
• Inform patients about exam details and ensure their comfort.
• Position patients and supervise during MRI.
• Administer intravenous contrast and record data.
• Provide films/CDs and forward to Radiologist after exam.
