Job summary

Shields Health Care Group’s MRI Technologists support the integrity of the organization with their commitment to excellence. The MRI technologist will provide a professional, caring atmosphere to all customer groups, while maintaining a fast-paced, multi-tasked oriented clinical environment. Thursday, Friday and Saturday 7pm-7am.

This role is 36 paid 40 and eligible for $15,000 sign on bonus. The MRI technologist follows all policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure patient safety at all

Qualifications

• MRI/ARRT/CPR certifications required; ARMRIT accepted at some locations.
• MRI scanning experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills for patient interaction.

Responsibilities

• Follow all policies and procedures to ensure patient safety.
• Inform patients about exam details and obtain necessary clearances.
• Position patients for scans, maintain comfort, and monitor during the exam.
• Administer intravenous contrast and document the exam data.
• Forward data/films to Radiologist and assist clerical staff as needed.
• Maintain equipment and adhere to credentialing policies.
