Job summary

Shared Medical Services is seeking an MRI Technologist to join our stable, employee-owned team. You will operate a state-of-the-art mobile MRI scanner and support local healthcare facilities across multiple sites.

ARRT (R) or ARMRIT registration is required, ARRT (MR) preferred. You will review patient screening, explain procedures, ensure safety, confidentiality, and continue professional development.

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) or ARMRIT registration required.
• ARRT (MR) registration preferred.
• Ability to perform MRI imaging with limited supervision and ethical conduct.
• Pre-employment background check, urine drug screen and physical required.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging procedures per accepted standards, including contrast administration under Radiologist guidance.
• Review patient screening forms and clearly explain procedures to patients.
• Maintain patient care, safety, confidentiality and ongoing professional development.
