Endeavor Health is seeking an MRI Technologist II at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL. You will operate MRI equipment, position patients, administer contrast, and work under Radiologist directions to produce diagnostic images.

Qualifications

• ARRT MR or ARMRIT certification required.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification.
• Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot software.
• 1+ year MRI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates MRI equipment to obtain diagnostic images per Radiologist directions.
• Positions patients and administers contrast per protocols.
• Manipulates images to ensure high-quality exams.
• Delivers patient-focused service and explains procedures to reduce anxiety.

Hourly Pay Range:$36.42 - $56.45 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights:SIGN-ON BONUS: $10,000Position: MRI Technologist IILocation: Northwest Community Hospital, Arlington Heights, ILFull-Time, 40 hours weeklyHours: Sundays 10:30am to 7:00pm, Weekdays 1:30pm to 10:00pm or 2:30pm - 11What you will do:Operates MRI equipment to obtain diagnostic images for use by physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of pathologies, according to Radiologist's directions and established procedures. Positions patients, administers injections of contrast media and manipulates images to ensure a high-quality exam. Delivers and ensures customer service in all aspects to job, being attentive of eye contact, facial/body expressions and tone of voice.
