• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program required
• 0-2 years of clinical experience as a registered MRI Technologist required

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI procedures according to physician orders and protocols
• Reviews patient histories to identify contraindications
• Operates MRI and processing equipment
• Educates patients for MRI exams and addresses questions
• Maintains MRI safety zones and staff readiness
• Documents clinical history with exam findings
• Maintains MRI supplies and equipment
• Verifies orders and patient ID before procedures
• Collaborates with radiologists and healthcare team
• Monitors MRI equipment functionality
• Provides instructions to patients during/after exams
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Maintains regular attendance
