Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program required.
• 0-2 years of clinical experience as a registered MRI Technologist required.

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI procedures according to physician orders and departmental protocols, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images.
• Reviews MRI patient questionnaires and histories to identify contraindications, ensuring safety.
• Operates MRI and processing equipment, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Educates and prepares patients for MRI exams, addressing questions for comfort.
• Verifies physician orders and patient identification before starting procedures.
• Collaborates with radiologists and healthcare team to ensure optimal imaging results.
