Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform patient imaging and ensure accurate medical histories and image quality. You will work under a Radiologist to operate MRI equipment and produce diagnostic images for patient care at our Philadelphia facilities.

The ideal candidate holds ARRT (MR) certification, has formal MRI program training, and 1–3 months of experience or training. This full-time position requires rotating shifts and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• ARRT (MR) certification required.
• Satisfactory formal training in an approved MRI program.
• 1-3 months experience and/or training required.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient imaging and remains current with MRI imaging procedures & protocols.
• Reviews check-in documents for accurate patient medical histories.
• Provides basic patient care services as required.
• Under the supervision of the Radiologist, the MRI Technologist operates MRI imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images.
