Job summary

Shields Health Care Group seeks an MRI Technologist to support high-quality imaging and patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The role requires MRI scanning experience, ARRT and CPR certifications, with ARMRIT accepted at some sites.

Qualifications

• MRI scanning experience required.
• ARRT certification and CPR are required; ARMRIT accepted at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies, procedures and protocols to ensure patient safety.
• Inform patients about exam details and procedures.
• Position patients for scanning and ensure comfort.
• Administer intravenous contrast as needed.
• Record patient data and provide films/CDs to radiologists.
• Assist clerical staff and maintain equipment and rooms.
