Job summary

Memorial Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks an MRI Technologist for an outpatient setting. You will review orders, educate patients, and perform MRI procedures with attention to safety and image quality.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in radiologic sciences.
• ARRT or ARMRIT MRI technologist registration.
• State license as MRI Technologist in New Mexico.
• BLS required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Review patient history and physician's orders to plan imaging.
• Prepare and administer contrast media and/or medications as indicated.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to changes.
• Position patient and perform imaging procedures; adjust exposure factors and parameters.
• Analyze images for quality and resolve issues; repeat if necessary.
• Enter and report scan results.
