Qualifications

• Requires completion of AMA approved radiologic technology program or MRI certificate.

• 1 year experience as Radiology Technologist required; MRI technologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI studies following set protocol established by the Radiologists.
• Operates the MRI scanner to produce images of consistent quality.
• Prepares scan room and equipment; positions patient and coils as required.
• Maintains communication with the patient throughout scanning.
