Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered as a Technologist (RT) and registered in MRI or registry eligible with completion of registry within 12 months by ARRT (Radiography) or ARMRIT.
• BLS through AHA or ARC CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date; valid through 60 days post-hire.

Responsibilities

• Review patient history and orders; schedule and educate patient about procedures.
• Prepare and administer contrast media and medications within scope; monitor patient condition.
• Prepare equipment; select exposure factors; perform quality control and troubleshoot equipment.
