Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered RT and MRI registry or registry eligible with ARRT/ARMRIT; state licensure if required by law.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification in-hand before start date; CPR for Professional Rescuer.

Responsibilities

• Review patient history and orders; educate patient on procedures and equipment.
• Prepare and administer contrast media and/or medications within scope; monitor patient status.
• Prepare equipment; select exposure factors; ensure safety standards and perform quality control.
