Job summary

Hmixray in Anaheim, CA is seeking an MRI Technologist to join a patient-focused imaging team. You will perform high-quality MRI exams, ensure safety, administer contrast, and optimize imaging parameters.

The role requires ARRT MR or ARMRIT certification, state licensure if applicable, BLS, and at least one year of diagnostic imaging experience. We offer comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• ARRT MR or ARMRIT certification is required.
• State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology if applicable.
• BLS certification is required.
• A venipuncture certificate may be required depending on state regulations.
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality MRI exams on incoming patients.
• Assure patient safety by adhering to policies and protocols.
• Administer contrast as needed, safely and effectively.
• Adjust TR, TE, flip angle, slice thickness and other parameters to optimize images.
• Guide patients through the procedure and address questions.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
• Safeguard patient property and PHI, including on-site medications.
