Job summary

ChristianaCare Imaging Department is recruiting for a Full‑Time MRI Technologist to work at Newark Hospital during the day shift. The role requires ARRT MRI registry completion and a 2‑year Radiology degree, with 2 years of MRI experience preferred. Siemens experience and PACS data handling are valued.

Qualifications

• ARRT MRI registry completion required or grace period of up to 2 years to pass after hire.
• Two-year associate degree in Radiology completed.
• Two years MRITech experience preferred.
• Experience with Siemens products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures as defined by departmental protocols.
• Enter patient data accurately in RIS, HIS, and Intergy systems.
• Transmit optimum quality images to the PACS system.
• Ensure adequate patient history is obtained and documented.
• Digitize films and perform QC as required.
• Provide superior customer service to patients and health-care staff.
