Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking an MRI Technologist to operate MRI scanners and provide patient-centered imaging services. You will guide patients through MRI procedures with clear communication and ensure adherence to safety regulations throughout exams.

The role requires ARRT/ARMRIT registration (state dependent) and CPR certification, with the ability to perform MRI procedures independently, while supporting imaging protocols and departmental operations.

Qualifications

• ARRT or ARMRIT registered technologist, current and in good standing.
• Graduate of AMA approved school of radiography.
• Licensed Radiological Technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must be able to perform MRI procedures independently.
• Certification in imaging specialty.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI scanners and produce diagnostic images.
• Explain procedures and prepare patients for MRI.
• Maintain patient records in RIS and ensure safety.
• Monitor and adjust MRI parameters as needed.
• Assist in maintaining imaging protocol manuals and equipment.
