Job summary

Radiology Associates in California is seeking a dedicated MRI Technologist to join our team. The staff MRI technologist will perform MRI scans, review screening data for safety, and position patients while explaining the exam.

You will follow established protocols and ensure accurate documentation. The role requires ARRT or MRI ARMRIT certification and CPR certification, with an Associate degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Associates or Applied Science Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• ARRT certification is required.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic MRI scanning with knowledge of anatomy and protocols.
• Review patient screening information for safety, clinical history and prior imaging.
• Position patient and explain MRI exam; follow imaging and PACS protocols.
• Review images and paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
