Job summary

SSM Health is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic MR imaging under the supervision of Radiologists. You will handle Cardiac and Interventional MR procedures, adhere to safety standards, and document imaging results within the hospital EMR and RIS systems.

The role emphasizes precision in image quality, cross-sectional anatomy knowledge, and collaboration with the radiology team to ensure timely, patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• Performs diagnostic magnetic resonance imaging (MR) procedures including Cardiac MRI and Interoperative MRI.
• Maintains MR safety protocols and patient screening.
• Documents results and operates within EMR and radiology information systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs magnetic resonance imaging examinations.
• Ensures quality control and safety compliance.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and accurate documentation.
• Operates HIS/Radiology information systems and 3D workstation duties.
• Upholds departmental policies and infection control standards.
