Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved school of radiology technology.
• ARRT certification as required.
• MRT State of Texas license.
• MRI Certification through ARRT required by 2012-12-31.
• BCLS obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI scans on patients of all ages under Radiologist direction.
• Maintains a safe and therapeutic diagnostic environment based on practice standards and magnet safety guidelines.
• Participates in departmental improvement activities.

AMA approved radiology technology program

ARRT certification
