Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ARRT-recognized Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine program.
• MRI ARRT registry eligible or ARMRIT program; must obtain MRI registry within 1 year of hire.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI scanners and related equipment per department protocols.
• Identify patients correctly and explain procedures; obtain consent and history as needed.
• Prepare patients for procedures and document medical history and relevant data.
• Perform IV contrast administration per protocol and record contrast details.
• Maintain patient safety, radiation safety, and infection control standards; assist in emergencies.
