Atrium Health's Carolinas Medical Center seeks an MRI Technologist I to operate MRI scanners and related equipment in a high‑volume radiology department in Charlotte, NC. You will prepare patients, verify orders with radiologists, and administer IV contrast while following safety policies and documentation standards.

Responsibilities include imaging quality control, patient monitoring, and collaboration with physicians and nurses to support patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT-recognized radiologic or nuclear medicine program.
• MR I registry must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Operate MRI scanners per departmental protocols and maintain proficiency.
• Verify orders with radiologist and prepare patients for exams.
• Administer IV contrast and monitor patient condition during procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and assist during invasive procedures as needed.
• Document procedures and maintain equipment and cleanliness.
