Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• AMA Radiologic Technology program or MRI certificate program required.
• ARRT MR certification required within 2 years of hire.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI studies following protocol set by Radiologists.
• Operates MRI scanner to produce images of consistent quality.
• Prepares scan room and equipment, positions patient and coils.
• Maintains communication with the patient throughout scanning.
