Mass General Imaging at Mass General Brigham is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform MRI studies under general supervision. You will prepare and position patients, select imaging protocols, and process images for clinical and research use.

Responsibilities include executing QA procedures, mastering contrast injections when needed, and ensuring safety compliance. The role may require rotating between scanners and occasional weekend or overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma in Medical Imaging is required.
• Associate's Degree is preferred.
• MRI Registered Technologist with ARRT or ARMRIT within one year; CPR within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Safely perform magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) studies.
• Prepare patients, position them, and set imaging parameters.
• Acquire and process images, select protocols, and perform QA scans.
• Ensure patient safety, educate patients on MRI safety procedures, and communicate with radiologists and staff.
• Rotate to different MRI scanners as needed and handle occasional overnight or holiday shifts.
