Mass General Brigham's MRI Imaging team at 55 Fruit Street in Boston is seeking an MRI technologist to safely perform studies, prepare and position patients, and acquire high-quality images for clinical and research cases.

The role requires MRI safety expertise, patient management, and capability to handle contrast injections; a $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered with potential weekend rotation and flexible evening shifts. Onsite employment with comprehensive benefits and pension.

Competenze

• Certificate/Diploma in Medical Imaging required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• MRI Registered Technologist with ARRT or ARMRIT within one year.
• CPR within 90 days.

Mansioni

• Safely perform MRI studies and prepare patients.
• Position patients and set imaging parameters; acquire images.
• Perform computer processing and display images; ensure QA scans.
• Instruct patients on MRI safety and respond to adverse reactions to MR contrast.
• Insert IV catheters and administer MR contrast as needed; monitor for reactions.
• Rotate to MRI scanners across the department; assist as needed; occasional overnight shifts.

Formazione

Certificate/Diploma in Medical Imaging

Associate's Degree preferred

MRI Registered Technologist ARRT/ARMRIT within 1 year

CPR within 90 days
