Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform MRI studies under supervision, with a focus on patient preparation and safety. The role involves operating MRI equipment, selecting protocols, and producing diagnostic images for clinical and research use.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma in Medical Imaging required, Associate's preferred.
• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification required within 1 year.
• BLS certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform MRI studies using an MRI system; prepare and position patients.
• Select imaging protocols, set parameters, acquire and display images.
• Conduct QA scans and coordinate with radiologist and care team.
• Assist with IV contrast injections and monitor for adverse reactions.
